Tour Itinerary :

Day 1: Arrive Varanasi - By flight

Meeting on arrival and transfer to the Hotel. Afternoon an excursion to Sarnath. Sarnath where Buddha preached his first sermon to his first disciples. Also visit the nearby ruins of the erstwhile university of the Buddhist era. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 2: Varanasi

Early in the morning (0500hrs) we take you to banks of the river Ganges where we board a boat to see the morning ablutions of the Hindus from the security of our boat. The boat ride starts from Dasashwamedh Ghat and ends at Manikarnika Ghat along the sacred Ganges . Varanasi is the world’s most ancient city and the home of Hinduism. The sunrise on the riverfront is spiritually uplifting as seen from the boat, crowded with temples and people and its labirynth of streets. It was earlier called Kashi. The present name is derived from the fact that it is at the confluence of the two rivers Varuna and Asi that flows across the city.
See the Kashi Vishwanath temple and the Gyanvyapi kund and the mosque attached to it. Also visit the Benares Hindu University the largest residential university in India with more than 3000 residential students. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 3: Varanasi - Khajuraho By flight 9W 723 at 1220/1300 hrs.

Transfer to the Airport to board the flight or Khajuraho, meeting on arrival and transfer to the Hotel. Afternoon Sightseeing tour of Eastern and Western group of temples. Founded in the 9th and 10th century by the rulers of Chandela Dynasty, Influenced by tantrism, in which eroticism becomes a theme of philosophical interest and the aim is sublimation of sexual relationship in the sexual act or "Maithun". Women are being regarded as the incarnation of the divine energy or "Shakti". It is also possible that the carvings of Khajuraho were influenced by "Kama Sutra", the famous treatise on erotic arts written by Vatsyayana in the time of the Guptas. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 4: Khajuraho - Orchha By Surface 180 Kms. 4.5 hrs.

Leisurely in the morning drive to Orchha, on arrival check-in at Hotel. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Orchha temples. Orchha had the distinction of being the capital of one of the largest and most powerful kingdoms of Central India, the Bundela dynasty. The architectural splendor of the monuments in Orchha reflects the glory of its rulers. The word Orchha means 'hidden' and this name was given at the time when the Tughlaqs, who were ruling Delhi in the 15th century pushed the Bundelkhand rajas out of Garkhundar forcing them to retreat to distant Orchha Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 5: Jhansi - Agra - Sariska

In time drive to Jhansi to board the train for Agra, meeting on arrival and drive to Sariska, on arrival check-in at Hotel. In the evening visit around the village. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Agra / Sariska : By Surface 230 Kms.

Day 6: Alwar - Sariska - Bikaner By Surface 7.5

In time drive to Bikaner, on arrival check-in at Hotel. Rest of the time free for independent activities. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 7: Bikaner - Jaisalmer By Surface 330 Kms. 5 hrs.

Morning sightseeing tour of Bikaner city. Bikaner is named after its founder Rao Bikaji in 1488. But long before this, the city was trade center on the caravan routes from Africa and West Asia. Bikaner’s dominant features are rippling sands and abundant sunshine. The city stands on an elevation, enclosed by a 7 Kms wall, which can be entered from 5 gate. Bikaner City is bolstered by imposing walls and has a 16th century fort housing old palaces, temples and mosque.

Later drive to Jaisalmer, on arrival check-in at Hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 8: Jaisalmer

After breakfast, Later start to city sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer. Throbbing in the heart of the Thar, the burnished sandstone, is an intricately molded wonderland in place of a barren land, today stands a city of gilded magic. The origins of Jaisalmer go back to the 12th century, when Rawal Jaisal abandoned his old fort at Ludarwa and laid the foundation of a new city. Visit the magnificient fort, the Patwon Ki Haweli ( Mansion) and Salim singh Ki Haweli, with their carved balconies and brackets which are supreme examples of the art. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 9: Jaisalmer - Jodhpur By Surface 290 Kms. 5 hrs.

Morning drive to Jodhpur you may visit Pokhran en route. On arrival check-in at Hotel. Rest of the day free for independent activities. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 10: Jodhpur

Sightseeing tour of Jodhpur city. Jodhpur - the stronghold of the fierce Rathore clan, was founded in 1459 by Prince Jodha. Visit the Mehrangarh Fort, situated on a low sandstone hill. Within the fort, visit Moti Mahal and Phool Mahal. Also visit Jaswant Thada, an imposing marble cenotaph, built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant singh II around 1899 and Umaid Public gardens. Overnight stay at Hotel.
